India is supposedly the hub of IT professional. Jobs are outsourced from US and other countries to generally India, China and other Asian countries. As a matter of fact Indian IT professionals are supposed to be the best amongst all.
But what they get in return, this survey reveals :
Indian IT professionals are among the worst paid globally.

And since there is such a huge difference in the payment, that’s why lots more jobs are being outsourced to India. Which minded man on earth will not try to do that outsourcing when the same job can be done in half the rate….??? What do you think about it?

India remains one of the most favorite outsourcing destinations due to this low cost factor, but the future might bring with itself a completely different scenario. “India continues to be amongst the leading destinations for IT development, given its cost advantage. However, salary inflation and talent shortage could emerge as major challenges in maintaining this position in future,” – The Economics Times.
