Today I am gonna tell you a very interesting browser hack which lets you even save the protected media like all the images and provide you all the other information about the website page. Sometimes the author intentionally disables the right-click facility which gives you ‘save as..’ option. So here is the hack…In Firefox browser when you right-click on any page you see ‘View Page Info’, that’s where the entire wealth of that page is hidden. A new window opens and that gives you the following information about the page:
General Information:
This tab provides you the general information about URL, Type and size of HTML & Referring URL etc.
Media information:
This is where you will see the entire info about the links, images, embeds etc on that page. On the bottom of this window, you can see the preview of images. As well as when you select something you are interested in, you have an option to ‘Save As..’ The media might be anything from an flash image, gif, png or jpeg. But the point is you get an option to save all the protected media even though you couldn’t have done it if you didn’t know this trick.

Feeds information:
This tab shows you the information about the feed options if the page contains any feed. Else this tab will not be displayed.

Permissions & Security information:
In these two tabs, there is information about how you deal with this page. Like do you allow pop-up windows, do you store password for that page, have you visited that site earlier. It also provides you information on cookies and other encryption and privacy details obtained by the site.

Check for yourself, there is wealth of information available on this little ‘View Page Info’ facility only in Firefox.
Let me know if you find this piece of information useful. If you liked, please don’t forget to share this with your friends.
