In one of my previous posts, I wrote about different ways every country uses different date formats and how much confusion it creates when you are traveling from one such country to another. Read this post, you might find it interesting.
But the person born today won’t face any of these issue in his entire life because it will always be read / written as 08/08/08. Isn’t it great? This kind of thing doesn’t happen very frequently.

This kind of date has been coming since 2001 with 01/01/01. This pattern fall after every 1 year,1 month and 1 day and will stop after 2012. Then it will again come back (Most of us among us will not be there to see that, I am sure) in 2101. We are lucky I think to happen to see these dates. Enjoy this date and wish those lucky people born today.

Many other combination you may try to make like:
  • 08/08/08 @ 08:08:08 am or pm
  • Someone might have turned 8 today.
  • Someone might have posted his 8th post at 08:08 am or pm etc etc…
  • Be creative and think of something in this pattern and add below as a comment. Or is there someone you know who born today and any event which makes this date remarkable.
