Adobe Buzzword is a online word processor which you can use for reports, proposals, resumes or anything else you need to access online or work on with others. It is a word processor inside a browser. With latest Google Chrome browser, it is simply another web application.
Features:
- What you see on screen is what gets printed, font, color, spacing etc.
- Version control – Buzzword keeps record of changes so it is easy to revert to previous version.
- Share documents with anyone and define roles and level of access: co-author, reviewer or just reader.
- Easily sort documents by author, date, role or file size.
- Very intuitive and easy image placement.
- Create flexible lists – add, delete or skip bullets or numbers in a list.
- Easily add comments to any document. Each reviewer will have a different color which is really a very nice feature to find who said what.

ConnectNow: “Meet live and share your screen with anyone.”
Features:
- Share screen, chat (audio and video), take notes and use whiteboard.
- Unique meeting room URL which doesn’t change and is easy to remember.
- Best feature – User can take control of other participant’s desktop with permission. I have used this feature to fix my dad’s computer in India. Real easy, no hassles. Extremely helpful for technical support.
- Meeting attendees don’t have to signup to attend the meeting.
