Bluehouse – IBM answer to Online Collaboration

Last time I explored Adobe Online Collaboration suite and presented to you an easy and effective way to host and join meetings online and other file and Desktop sharing features.Bluehouse-Home
Almost all big players are entering this field with more and more advanced features. Recently, IBM also entered this online Collaboration with ‘Bluehouse’.
Bluehouse is the place where businesses come to get work done. Whether you need to prepare for tomorrow's meeting, are ready to host one today or want to collect feedback from yesterday's call - "Bluehouse" can help.
In short with Bluehouse, you can:
  • Host your online meetings and anyone can join, even outside the company.
  • Network with potential clients and business partners outside the firewall
  • Upload files and share files with others.
  • Start a group project.
  • Create surveys
  • Turn feedback into dynamic charts or graphs.
Below are some screenshots to show you how Bluehouse can help you manage your time and save money by organizing online meetings. Some salient features are also highlighted below:
  1. You host and set up meeting. Send participants the link. Anyone can join. If you want to attend any meeting, just enter meeting ID and say Join.Bluehost-Main
  2. Share any document or any other file you want all participant to look at. You can store the files on Bluehouse and share easily with all.BH-Store & Share
  3. Create other activities like to-do lists, brainstorming sessions etc.BH-Activities
