Seriously, it is as easy as sending an email.  No more registrations, no more passwords to remember.
  1. Head over to Collab.io.
  2. Enter the details of your meeting.
  3. Enter invitees emails.
  4. Click on Create Collaboration.
Now see what happens.
  1. You and your invitees get an email as shown below:
  2. They call on the phone number and extension given in the email.  And hence everyone becomes part of the same collaboration space.  Just like any other conference call.
  3. The shared files can be uploaded and hence shared to the common workspace created by drop.io, which is mentioned in the email itself.
  4. Enjoy your collaborative workspace.
