Seriously, it is as easy as sending an email. No more registrations, no more passwords to remember.
- Head over to Collab.io.
- Enter the details of your meeting.
- Enter invitees emails.
- Click on Create Collaboration.
Now see what happens.
- You and your invitees get an email as shown below:
- They call on the phone number and extension given in the email. And hence everyone becomes part of the same collaboration space. Just like any other conference call.
- The shared files can be uploaded and hence shared to the common workspace created by drop.io, which is mentioned in the email itself.
- Enjoy your collaborative workspace.
Hey BTW, drop.io is the easiest way to share files upto 100MB. They call it a drop. Check it out too. And yes, there is one other easy way of sharing files with usend.io.
