It is the time of the year when everyone starts waving to the current year (2008) and eagerly waits for the next year (2009) with lots of hope, resolutions and some goals in mind.
At the same time you sit aside and think what you achieved in current year (2008), what you did good and what didn’t go so well.

- Knowliz Page rank has increased from 3 to 4.
- Monthly page views are around 30-50,000 visitors from various sources specially from StumbleUpon and Digg. Whereas in 2008 Knowliz got well over 180000 visits.
- Subscriber base increased over 500% to over 250 now.
Below are some quick stat images from Google Analytics:
- Firefox is the clear winner among Knowliz readers.
- Over 20% readers of Knowliz use Linux, that may be because lots of Linux related articles are covered on Knowliz.
- StumbleUpon seems to provide the best bounce rate though most of the visitors came from Digg this year.
As a matter of fact, looking at the current stats, it won’t be too much to expect around 50,000 visits per month and a total of 600,000 visits in 2009 on Knowliz. I will hope to target that figure and with the help of readers like you, I am sure I can get there. Because ultimately, if you like the articles on Knowliz, you are gonna Digg it, Stumble it and make them popular around the web.
So please help me make 2009 also another wonderful year for Knowliz.
