Remindr : The Simplest Reminder Service Ever
As simple as it can be : Remindr.
Remindr.info lets you remind about everything in a simplest interface. Just fill out the details along with date and time (local). Tell the service where to remind as in twitter, email or even SMS.
When it is time, you will get an email, SMS and/or twitter message as a reminder.
The CAPTCHA word verification module has been added recently, I think to reduce spam.
Just so you know this web application was created in 48 hours under a Rails Rumble 2008 contest in which some extremely talented developers and web designers are given 48 hours to build something great.
Personally, I would like some additions to this service:
- Being able to set a recurrence.
- Being able to add it to Google, Yahoo and other calendars. Which I think shouldn’t be an issue as it seems to use Gtalk/Jabber.
- Being able to add multiple email ids. At present it lets you add only one.
But for now, I think considering the fact that it was created in 48 hours, I love Remindr. Hope you also agree with me. I am using it for about everything now.
