Everyone sure is a fan of Gmail.
In this new year, Gmail team has added couple of more features into Gmail.  These updates make it easy to access Gmail Inbox and Calendar by using Google Desktop Gadgets and archive emails to keep your inbox clean.
Recent features you will want to check out in Gmail are:
  1. Send and Archive button:  Turn on “Send & Archive” from the Labs tab under Settings, and you’ll see a new button in the compose form labeled just that. The button does what it says: it sends your reply and then archives the thread with one click.
  2. Use Google Gadgets for Gmail and Calendar:  Add Gmail and Calendar gadget to Google Desktop.  With these gadgets you can do almost everything instantly what you could do inside Gmail and Google Calendar.  Couple of screen captures are below.
  3. Youtube and Google Video right into Gmail chat:  Yes, with todays release, now when you receive (or send) a link to a video in a chat message, you’ll see a preview of the video right in your chat window.  Click the preview, and the video will play right there.
