I guess, you will have to use Pixelpipe API or something like that to do
that. You will have to check their website to see if they provide any
customized APIs for individual webmasters.
You will have replace your default uploader with this API and then provide
users the option to link their Facebook and Flickr account.
Instead, you may provide an option like Sharethis, Addthis etc, where people
may share their photos, articles to wherever they want. This way, you have
to just add one small piece of code to your website without changing
anything. And you provide them the option to share the content everywhere.
By doing that you will in turn make your site popular on various social
networks.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Anurag for your response!
Actually the site is about Food Recipe, and when a user upload any food picture, the picture should automatically post to Facebook account and on Flickr too.
Is there any option to do this?

Hi Massam,
I am not sure if I follow your question properly. What exactly you are trying to do? And what the user posts on your website.
I am sure there are many scripts out there you may use to automate things, but I can help you find the right one I know what exactly you are trying to achieve.
Thanks

Hi,

I have a question:
Is there any option that the similar script can be added to my website, and when any user posts image then it automatically posts to Facebook and Flickr too?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Sergio,
When you upload to Facebook through Picasa, you won't be able to add tags because Picasa doesn't allow tags as of today. Though you may want to use Pixelpipe in which you can upload to multiple services as explained here - http://www.knowliz.com/2008/10/pixelpipe-helps-you-upload-media-to.html
Other than that it is really not possible to tag photos on Facebook using Picasa.
Thanks..
