Are Chicago & California two countries? I thought Chicago is a city in Illinois state* and California is a state.  And both of these states are in United State of America, which is a country. 
Looks like good guys at ‘State Bank of India’, the most prestigious bank of India are a little ignorant about it.  You can checkout above error at SBI Global site yourself.
