Introducing ‘Guturgu’ : A Gossip Blog

Let me introduce you today to my other blog – ‘Guturgu’.

It is a lightweight Gossip blog which covers articles not sensitive in nature, jokes, small stories, shopping related stuff like Deals, cool websites, coupons etc. Guturgu also features user submitted articles containing jokes, videos, cool links and information about various other products.

Guturgu will feature various movie reviews in future and will have a section for Bollywood and Hollywood movies, stars and related news as well.

What is Guturgu?

Guturgu, is taken from Hindi transcript which means ‘Pigeons’ chit-chat’.

That’s why, hopefully, a perfect name for a chit chat and gossip blog.

In older times Pigeons were used to carry messages around. Similarly Guturgu will communicate messages to you through this blog.

How I came up with this name?

I was looking for a good domain name for this gossip blog at a friend’s house. Suddenly my friend’s wife came up with ‘Guturgu’ word. That perfectly suite my requirement. So I locked it.

Current Statistics about ‘Guturgu’:

Search for ‘Guturgu’ on any search engine like Google, Bing etc. all entries on front page are related to this blog only. As per Websiteoutlook – a site evaluating any website’s worth, Guturgu is worth $3774.10 as of today. Guturgu has got some 200 subscribers and gets a monthly page views of around 1000-2000 and counting.
