The chicken breasts are already on the grill but you forgot to chill the beer.  I am sure, nobody likes warm beer.  So how do you freeze it quickly, possibly in 3 minutes?

They say, “Science is a good slave.”

So lets use some Physics and freeze the beer quickly.

You will need:

1. Ice cube bags.
2. Water
3. Salt
4. Alcohol

Process:

1. Fill the container with ice.
2. For each bag of ice, add approximately 1 gallon of water.
3. Add 1/2 bottle of alcohol.
4. And add 1 pound of salt.

Physics:
Professor Claudio Furukawa, Institute of Physics explains that water increases the contact surface.  The salt reduces the melting temperature of ice so it takes longer to melt and a chemical reaction removes heat from the alcohol.
The physical-chemical fluid is called – “Cold Mix”: Ice, Alcohol, Salt and Water.
The mixture becomes cold and the beer will be at gunpoint in just 3 minutes.
Enjoy the chilled beer after 3 minutes with chicken wings still on the grill.  Try this trick this weekend.

Side Note: You may in fact use this technique to quickly chill beverages and other drinks during picnic.  Also, be sure to wash the cans to remove the salty taste from them.
