Do you think economy is improving? How much time it is gonna take to see those happy years again? When will we stop thinking about economy anymore?
These are some of the questions that come to our mind when we think about economy. No matter which country you belong, the condition is same everywhere. Somewhere more, somewhere a little less. Let see the info graphics from my favorite Mint Blog, showing the current economy condition.
There are sure some indicators that tell us that the economy is improving, but it is a long way to go before it returns where it was earlier. Some of these indicators are:
- US Economy is predicted to become positive (0.8%) in 2010 which was negative (-2.6%) in 2009.
- Global economy is predicted to rebound to 2.5% in 2010 as compared to -1.4% in 2009.
- US Manufacturing starts improving in July and August, 2009. Check out the below image for some of these indicators in a really beautiful graphics. (Click to enlarge)

Do you think economy is improv.. http://lnk.ms/34nw0 #knowliz Plz RT
While I would love for the economy to turn around, I think the massive debt and the deficits contributing to that debt are going to hold back the US from a strong recovery. Any recovery will be weak and could be hampered by many things: poor execution by the Fed, excessive burdens brought about by taxation, or even a surprise event such as a terrorist attack or a natural disaster.
Very touchy times we are in.
