Now you can use Goo.gl URL shortener for anything and everything using a Google Chrome extension. If you have been using Google Chrome and I guess there is no reason you should not be using it, then there are two Google Chrome extensions available right now:
- Goo.gl Shortener – Just shortens any URL with goo.gl and gives you the shortened link that you can copy and paste in any application.
- Goo.gl shortener + Share on Twitter – lets you shorten and tweet in one click. The URL can also be copied on the clipboard.

Please note these are not official extensions from Google. Though I am sure Google may release a similar facility as part of toolbar or through another extension in near future. But for now, if you are a fan of Goo.gl URL shortener as we mentioned earlier, then these two extensions are worth giving a try. Check them out and let us know which one you liked better. Please share…
