How the US economy has changed overtime?  The below Mint Map shows how the movement of people from one state to another has affected the state economies.  Look at the dark red color states – Michigan, California and New York are among the most affected states. The obvious reason I guess would be that these states house most industries, Automobile, Aero and the Valley.  Right.

But at the same time some states have been affected positively e.g. Texas where people relocated because of the lower cost of living.  Check it out: (click to enlarge)
