Anyone who owns an iPhone or has ever used one knows that the most crucial and common feature missing on it is a “To do list”.  The app that can remind you when a task becomes due so that you can remember to finish it.  For example – Call the Tax consultant tomorrow at 9 am; Remind me about Toodledo in March 2010 on a weekend; or remind me to fill out time card on every Friday at 3pm.

This is one of most important feature any business professional can tell you is missing on iPhone, the best phone the world has ever seen to date.  Well, I guess that’s why Mr. Steve created the iPhone OS so that they could say…”There is an app for that.”  And yes, true, there is an app for that, and that app is called – TOODLEDO.

Toodledo is a service which I have blogged about some two years back and lets you do things which no other To Do app or service let you do for FREE.  The service is FREE to use for Basic functionality which is good for most of the people out there.  But you may upgrade it to Pro or Premium if you want more features.  However the iPhone app comes with a price tag of $2.99 which is not bad for what it can do for you.

As you may guess, Toodledo app (iTunes Link), obviously lets you add task, reminders, priority, recurrence, tag and arrange them into folders based on various projects you might be working on.  And the best thing it can send you Push notifications when the task is due.  Don’t forget, you can always sync your to do list with Google calendar using this tip from my earlier post.

Besides the usual methods of adding tasks in todo list on Toodledo, you can use modern ways as well to add tasks.  You can use Twitter or email etc. to add tasks to your to do list.  The tasks added this way will automatically be synced and added to the list on your iPhone and elsewhere.  You can know more here about this…
