The very first outcome of any meeting is the meeting minutes.  Everyone seems to follow their own standards while taking those notes down.  But Minutes.io provides a consistent and easy interface to jot down those meeting minutes.

You can very well use the white board and marker route but they will still need to be typed. (Unless your office has the white board printers installed.)  If your office is among those who doesn’t, then minutes.io is there for rescue by providing your bare bones easy interface that you can use during the meeting on your laptop or tablet.

Below are some screenshots which pretty much covers what minutes.io does.  And frankly speaking you don’t want it to do any more.  Just jot down the meeting minutes, enter the attendees, subject, time, location, action items, dates and finally send it to everyone required.

I personally prefer such webapps over some of the the more sophisticated ones.  But I would also love to see the Android and iOS apps for this to make it an even easier interface.  You should definitely give it a try.  Minutes.io is free to use and doesn’t require a user account, so there is hardly any reason for not giving it a shot.  Let us know in comments.
